Commandé par le festival Scopitone de Nantes, le projet "Cachemire" confronte modernité et patrimoine. Par le prisme de la technologie, il transfigure Le Château des Ducs de Bretagne en expérience digitale et sensorielle intemporelle. Usant du réel, pour mieux s'en éloigner il convoque des esthétiques parfois distantes de plusieurs siècles ou civilisations. L'espace temps est ré-inventé, les projections très singulières articulent des imaginaires anachroniques au service de l'innovation et de la poésie. C'est l'exposition "Reflets de mondes sacrés » en hommage à la culture indienne présentée dans le château qui sert de fil conducteur au mapping.
Commissioned by the Scopitone festival in Nantes, the project "Cachemire" confronts modernity and heritage. Through the prism of technology, it transforms the Castle of the Dukes of Brittany into a timeless digital and sensory experience. Using the real, to better distance himself from it, he summons aesthetics sometimes distant of several centuries or civilizations. The space-time is re-invented, the very singular projections articulate anachronistic imaginations in the service of innovation and poetry. It is the exhibition "Reflections of sacred worlds" in homage to the Indian culture presented in the castle that serves as a thread for the mapping.
